Mission Statement Coach T's Wellness Tips

Training by Troy, Inc. provides uncompromising personalized wellness consulting, programming and mentoring to those individuals and/or groups in need of healthy behavior modification in the work place and home.

Our goals are to:

  • Expand personal awareness of the direct relationship between behavior and level of health.

  • Form healthier work environments for employees, focusing on opportunities for increased health and fitness behavior.

  • Encourage individuals to take ownership of daily behaviors with regard to health and fitness on the job and at home.

  • Develop effective and efficient employee wellness programs that increase productivity in the work place for the employer and healthier lifestyles for the employed.

  • Provide clients with tools that can be used to enhance health for a lifetime.

When developing an exercise program, be sure to choose activities that best suit you.

Do choose activity’s that fit both your fitness and social needs.

If you are looking to meet people, take part in group fitness classes.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, hit the gym with your headphones on!
